I would not recommend this complex to my worst enemy. The leasing agent I dealt with was a desent person I thought until I moved in. I lived here a little over 3 months and I had nothing but problems. Lets see where I should begin unless you are a drug dealer, or prostitute RUN!!!!!! When I first moved in the heat did not work in my unit and they never came out to fix it and during the summer the air conditioner did not work and they never fixed that either. I was also told the apartment was cable ready but when Comcast came out to install my cable there was not one line coming into the unit and I had to pay for it to be wired out of my own pocket because the complex WOULD NOT cover the expenses. I would also have strange children sit on my car like we were friends but I did not know them. When I reported this to the leasing office they said they would address the problem but it was never stopped. Along with this I had two of the worst neighbors you could ever have. At exactly 11PM everynight they would turn their music up full blast and when I reported these incidents to the leasing agents guess what' Nothing was done and the music played on every single night. When it rained you would almost have to swim across the ocean to get to your front door. The icing on the cake was when I went out side to find a bullet hole in my car and my neighbor had a tire rolled into hers. The damage to my vehicle cost $1500.00 and of course the complex said there was nothing they could do about it and they WOULD NOT let me out of my lease with out paying them 2 months rent so I just left. I would say to anyone unless you have no other choice and West Chase is your last resort PLEASE DON'T LIVE THERE!!!! Just turn around and drive as fast as you can in the opposite direction as far away from Six Flags Drive as you can get.
