I felt that my 2 bedroom 1 ba was a great deal. I got it for $549 a month. The place is extremely and unnecessarily strict with paying rent on time. There is a $100 dollar late fee after 4 days(which must be paid by certified check) I forgot to pay by certified check on day 5 and got hit with an additional $175 eviction/court fee notice. Crazy! The main problem I had was maintenance. Though the place was in good condition coming in, they would not fix anything unless it was life threatening! Management is constantly changing, but the area is relatively safe.

It is a quiet area though with little noise during summer holidays. Safe and secured with immediate security response Maintenance is somehow not too bad. Management it trying had to give the best service to my own understanding. Price is good. I have lived here for the past three months, and have had no problems with stealing or drugs around my corner. I plan to extent my lease and move up to a 3 bdrm apartment. Pretty a good neighborhood.
