I have been a resident in willow ridge for two years and I must say that the projects is better living than this place. Management (one lady in particular)Is very rude, and is always on the defense and 99% of the time has attitude. If something needs to be replaced in ur apartment, believe ur gonna be the reason it's broken despite the fact that when u move in, nothing is new, I have an ancient refrigerator and requested a new one but was told that as long as it gets cold it won't be replaced. Well the magnet is barely holding the door closed. They advertise the swimming pool, that's only open maybe 2 days out of the summer, but mind u there's a million nasty dirty foreigners living in the complex that probably use the pool as their bathing time. Which by the way if u ever wanted to visit AFRICA......WELCOME!! we all know the saying, one mans junk is another mans treasure, please believe u will see them going thru the trash. They advertise a playground.......WHAT PLAYGROUND' theres a sliding board on a bunch of broken down wood, a swing set with no swings, and u have teenagers there smoking weed. U can't walk up or down the stairs without trippin over a million pairs of shoes or someones garbage. U have babies running around naked most of the time unattended playing on speed bumps or in the way of cars. Don't think that ur going to get good ac livin in this place. UMPH UMPH!! U will have a heat stroke or three before the problem is so called fixed, mind u I'm still waiting for some air. But they will give u a fan!!! When I moved in there was a painted toilet seat in one bathroom and the other bathroom had NO TOILET SEAT!! They have a program on the premesis in one of the apartments where some tenants get medicine and have their bills paid etc, so u will be living amongst some mentally disturbed individuals and it won't be too hard to tell which ones they are. If u can help it, don't waste ur time or money moving into this place, and most of all please don't be fooled by the model apartment or the nice guy role management will portray.

you are SO RIGHT!! this place is a complete dump. we live on the 3rd floor, and somebody climbed up the back of the building and broke into the back door! they got away with about $5000 in stuff. and about a week later, one of our cars was broken into! it's a horrible place to live, and the management is SO RUDE. when we first moved in our refrigerator was infested with roaches and the seal from the bottom was missing. we didnt have a working refrigerator for TWO MONTHS. we had no place to store food, except in the tiny pantry. our air actually works okay. . .after we got them to unclog a pipe that smelled REALLY NASTY. we cleaned out the air intake and there was an old spoon with something growing on it. . .and TONS of mold. there are loose boards under the carpet, and a soft spot under the linoleum in the kitchen where i am scared to walk. and the kids. do NOT get me started on them. RUN AWAY. FAR AWAY.
