PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not move into Willow Ridge Apartments in Avondale Estates..The $99 move in special sounds good, save your money and move somewhere else, it is very dangerous there!! I moved in when it was a good place to live, then, there were people moved in from a Drug Rehab Program (where their rent is paid/utilities are paid for them). After that, the complex went downhill. My apartment was broken into while I wasn't home and they took about $1000 worth of my things. I believe the maintenance guy did the break in, since he was in my apartment 2 days before this. I called the police they came and took a report, I called Addie at the rental office, they did nothing. Then, two weeks later my apartment was broken into again! THIS TIME WE WERE HOME sleeping at 2:00 in the morning. They took a laptop computer from under the bed, earrings, credit cards, sneakers (who would have thought), and food from the fridge! These have to be drug addicts to be this bold. THEN....My lease was about to be over in 2 months and we asked Addie in the managment office to let us out of our lease since our apartment was a target twice within 2 weeks.... NO SYMPATHY THERE!! We had to pay 2 months of rent even though we did not move there (in order to keep it off of our credit). I do suggest you don't move in to save yourself the trouble.

so so true. i'm sorry about your experience here. we had a similar experience with our apartment being broken into and barely a week later one of our cars was broken into. and you really won't get any sympathy from management. it's a very horrible place to live.
