Last year I thought about renting an apartment there but changed my mind when the leasing agent wanted a security deposit just to fill out the leasing application. Never heard of that one. After reading the posts I'm glad I ran the other way. The leasing manager had a bad attitude.

oak creek=sketch creek this place is terrible...i lived there from 99´ to 2001.....sooooo bad.....The pool was too horrible to imagine....evictions were common.....however the staff and leasing people were super nice.......
