When you walk outside at night the sidewalks and trees are covered with HUGE flying roaches. These roaches will get into your apartment...Management does not spray for bugs, though they tell you when you move in that they do. Also, when you complain about neighbors being loud in the middle of the night, nothing will be done about it. The apartments themselves are big, but older. Good price for location and size. If you don't mind the neighbors and the roaches, good deal.

Actually there are roaches. Maybe since you don't personally live there you don't know. Idiot. The management has gotten a lot better since Vickie has taken over as property manager. Vickie gets things done and is very nice and caring. Unfortunately the rates for this complex are going up quickly but so is everything else. Oh and Joel the maintenance guy is great! He's very nice and does a wonderful job.
