Horrible Management - Trying to get anything done regarding lease info or apartment needs is like pulling teeth! The prices are reasonable, the location is okay. It's relatively quiet. The apartments must be really old, but are in fair shape.

Huge Roaches!! When you walk outside at night the sidewalks and trees are covered with HUGE flying roaches. These roaches will get into your apartment...Management does not spray for bugs, though they tell you when you move in that they do. Also, when you complain about neighbors being loud
