We have lived there for over one year....It is a smaller compex without any problems like the larger apartment complexes.The manger is awesome her name is Nicole. She keeps everything simple. If you have a problem with anything you put in a request to have it fixed and it's done. The pool and park are small but clean. There is a police officier onsite if you need him. But as far as parties, drinking, kids fighting,stealing,drugs,like at alot of the other apartments in WR there is none of that at Hight Grove due to good mangement!!!!!!

Yes, you are right and I think it is terrible that Nicole is no longer the manager. I have been here 2 years and have seen what she did with this property. Now when I call in the office the staff is very rude when I ask for Nicole. I know that when my lease comes up for renewal I will not be rewnewing. I can not understand how you can finally put a good manager in here and then let her go. They are obviously out of their mind. My friends moved here only because of her customer service.
