I have lived at this apt complex since the start up, it was so nice clean and neat now its full of old run down rusting cars and trucks the visitors take up the parking space, trash and dog poop are all over the grounds, the kids on skate boards and bikes run into residents cars, the mail lady puts the mail in the wrong box constantly, the one trash can stays run over and full of junk around it, the work out room is not opened and the pool is allways full of kids , the little bbq pit holds 3 hotdogs, and i hope you do not need anything repaired.
