First of all, its an apartment not Government quarters, most of the complaints on this fourm are problems the tenants have created themselves. i lived at the complex for over 3.5 years and never had any serious problems. it's staff is slow to react on fixing a problems''' ask yourself "am i slow on paying rent on time'" i dont like roaches "are you nasty and messy'" sure there are some issuses and problems as with any other complex, first of all no one can controll your neighbors or anyone else but you can controll how you live! anytime i have had an issue with a neighbor or maintence issuse it was taken care of instanly sometimes even in the middle of the night. for the price and size its the best deal in town, you will enjoy your stay as long as you make yourself enjoyable

U r so correct. If you are slow paying your rent,of course you will dislike the manager.The noticed came out for you to pay or quit. Roaches comes from nasty people that does not beleive in cleanliness. The living room may look like a closet, but the staff has done a great job by keeping it safe. Great point....
