NEW MGMT IS GREAT! I am previous resident with the old company & are so impressed with the changes that have already been taking place. This place is really making a good turn around from the bad reputation it had. The office staff is amazing & will bend over backwards to help anyone. Maintenance

Apartments are nice, Management goes above and beyond to create a community atmosphere with lots of planned events. Policies are enforced and maintenance staff, although rarely needed, respond expeditiously and are always willing to help. Love it here:)

To Stay or Not to Stay? The front door echoes what we say like a megaphone to anyone standing on the other side.
There is no assigned parking and not enough room to get in and out of parking spaces. The handicap spot is being used by people who are not handicap.
