management unfriendly and unprofessional - rules seem to apply to some tenants and not to others. "Rules" seem to change almost daily and no one given any notice except a lease violation when they violate something they were never notified of.
Problems are not dealt with professionally and in an unbiased manner. This place is not kid/family friendly - management seems to disfavor children.

Manager's Response

From: Manager Date: 07/31/2007
Let me assure you that we here at the Palm Club pride ourselves on our dedication to resident satisfaction' as a Venterra Community it is within our mission statement to provide exemplary service to our residents. Thouoogh it is standard practice to go above and beyond for our residents, when it comes to issuieis with the lease contract or rules for all to abide by, there is little room for exceptions. As with all communities, there are specific stipulations by which each party must abide. Please feel free to stop by the office and discuss these issues with us. Thank you.

I COMPLETEY agree with this tenant's comments regarding the obvious inconsistency of "rules" applying to some and not others. Yes, some issues may be considered a "lease violation" but I doubt all "lease violations" would be considered a LEASE violation, take for example such nonsense as not allowing shoes on the balcony or unapproved door mats - show me that in the lease. AND how about the management's attitude...if you're an unlucky soul who isn't liked...their lack of empathy is pretty clear...either they like you or they DON'T!

yes, and how about no windchimes allowed on balcony? so much for decorating your own space...
