HAVING LIVED HERE FOR 2 1/2YEARS I HAVE FOUND THE LIVING CONDITIONS TO BE VERY GOOD. MANAGEMENT DOES EVERYTHING IT CAN TO INSURE THAT THINGS RUN VERY SMOOTHLY. THEY ARE VERY ACCESSIBLE AND ALWAYS SEEM CONCERNED WITH YOUR NEEDS. I FIND THINGS HERE TO BE COMFORTABLE AND VERY RELAXED. GOOD LOCATION TO ALL AREAS OF TOWN AND CLOSE TO THE ISLANDS.I FEEL THE RENT IS VERY GOOD FOR THE AMENITIES THAT ARE AFFORDED YOU HERE. THE POOL IS VERY NICE AND LANDSCAPED WELL, NICE FITNESS ROOM, LOVELY CLUBHOUSE THAT OVERLOOKS THE POOL AREA.OVERALL I HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY HERE AND ENJOY THE CONDITIONS AND THE MANAGEMENT VERY MUCH. I WOULD ADVISE ANY NEW RENTER TO MOVE IN !
