Management is rude and not willing to work with people. They accidently called and had my water and electricity shut off, no apologies. They never did anything about the noisy neighbors. And, not to mention, the bugs are bad. It was embrassing to have people over and have roaches crawling on the walls or in the bathroom. I would not recommend living here.

We have monthly pest control in our buildings; if a resident has an issue with insects, all that is necessary is a phone call to the office and we set up an appointment with our local pest control service. Usually, within 48 hours, a rep is on-site to remedy the situation. We apologize if the resident had to endure a pest issue but we try to answer all our residents needs as quickly as possible and with as little inconvenience on the part of the resident. We further apologize for the interruption of utility services but since we do not have control of the electric boxes or the water, it would appear that the utility companies would be at fault. Lastly, we truly regret that our resident feels this is an not a community they would refer anyone as we strive to make all our resident's living experiences with us as pleasant as possible.

this is deffently lilly all u do is talk ---- and do nothing palm club sucks the maintaince people are lazy and never do anything and they have an illegal imagrant working for them. the apartments are nasty and they all have roaches and the walls the rotted. i hated this place its full of hatians and indiamzzzns that hit ur car and hang out at all times of night.

I think all the complainers are incorrect. I have two kids and lives at Palm Club for 2 years. CJ the manager was excellent (just like a strick Mother). I was very appreciative of how CJ tackle and handled all the problems that arise, Palm Club is held to high standard and CJ kept it to that standard, this is why I hardly go to the Pool during the day because of these nonsense from residents who dont work durning the day and have complaints up the ying yang, nothing else to do but get online and write negative things about incorrect situations because they are unhappy with their lives. Illegal immigrant situation, since I am a legal immigrant I do resent the fact of this lie! I do speak with all the workers (whom were immigrants) they were legal abiding citizens! Even the residents who worked had complains at the pool - I listen to them and can see how unhappy they were in their lives I guess CJ was to be blamed for that too! I have been told that CJ is racist, she is nasty to kids, bad property management skills and bad maintenance issues. Guess what - I am black, CJ has never treated me indifferent, she was always polite and respectful! My kids love CJ, I know for a fact that she runs a tight shift (would you like to live in a crapy environment - then Palm Club is not for you!) Excellent! The bugs are a down south thing, get use to it! Last but not least, Maintenance was excellent! I had no pest, my repairs were done mostly the same or next day. I cant stress how important writing this was! I was reading these lies and I could not stand it! To add Palm Club, I was amazed at the silence there - I could drop a pin on the grass and hear it! I missed Palm Club so much!
