Nice facility and decent up keep of property..however staff interpersonal skills could use some regular training. I've witnessed them during some of the most critical times in some of the residents lives be so insensitive and even sarcastic. Additionally, I have witnessed them negatively and openly (within earshot)talk about residents and even their DM. Although this is generally a high vacancy rate time of the year, when you raise your referral fee from $200 to $600 I need not say more.

Unfortunately, all of our offices are adjacent to our business center and fitness center. However, this type of interaction between employees and/or other residents is not professional and will not be acceptable behavior. This issue will be addressed and will not occur again.

EXACTLY> apartments okay, over-priced for shoddy quality, management nosy, sarcastic, gossipy and rude.
