I lived at Palm Club for over 2 years and while the apartments are oaky - they are not worth the price. Customer service MIGHT make up for lack of quality apartments, however, the customer service personnel are unabe to work to a standard that would allow one to forget the shoddy quality of carpets, countertops, plumbing fixtures, windows and blinds and flooring (is absolutely atrocious for the price!). there are many apartments, even on the island (St. Simons Island) for the same price with quality materials (Berber carpet, granit counter tops, quality bath andkitchen fixtures, SAFE lighting fixtures, etc). Even if management were happy, enthusiastic and positive customer service representatives, and they are not anywhere in that ballpark, I would still look elsewhere for the price. You can get the same amentities and a friendlier face while living in a nice and well-maintained apartment for the price they are charging. The only thing you will not find is a hot tub; but for as often as it is broken - you might as well join the gym and live elsewhere.

I am very sorry to hear of this resident's unhappiness. We try extremely hard to meet any and all requests of our residents. We have a 48 hour maintenance guarantee; sometimes we have to order a part or make a pick of some type of materials for repairs but we strive hard to make all the repairs within our 48 hr guarantee. I have been on the property for nearly 5 years & no one has ever complained as to the quality of our units. Our office staff goes above and beyond the call of duty to give excellent customer service. If anyone is having a problem with their apt, maintenance or customer service, it would be nice to have it reported to the office--if we don't know it's "broken", we can't mend it.
