I have lived at Palm Club for over four years. When I first moved here, the property was pristine. Since the change in management companies (Venterra Properties) the property itself has gone down hill really fast. Compared to other older complexes in Brunswick, it is still a nice, safe place to live. Some of the management staff are tired and obviously don't want to be here anymore,but if someone new to the complex can overlook that flaw, then I would recommend living here. The apartments themselves are quite spacious and yes, some interior work needs to be done on the units like replacing the carpet and linoleum in the kitchen and bathrooms. There is much to be done on the outside of the buildings and grounds. The people who live in the complex, are for the most-part friendly and nice.
