In my 2 years here I have been burglerized, had my car vandalized, and been threatened with collection action.(They said I never paid a water bill, showed the staff the cancelled check and was told that it changed nothing'') I had a signed lease for one rate and was told that I must pay their higher rate. I didn't pick up on the error until 9 months had passed, never received my copy of the lease til then, and when I showed them, they assured I would get a refund.... hasn't happened. The children here are never supervised, I caught them climbing on my SUV and while I was screaming at them to get off my car, a parent came up and asked me to leave his child alone. I asked him if he would like it if I climbed all over his car' He said the next time I bother his kid he'd come out and kick my a$$. Now I receive an increase notice of $80.00/ month. Please... This is not going to be my future home!
Looks nice and the staff helpful... until you sign that lease! Beware!

Just a follow-up to this review...
I informed them that I was not renewing my lease and that I would be short paying my final rent check for the amount I overpaid my first year. I received an apology for the oversight and was told that that was acceptable. Unfortunately, a little too late! Also for the last two months I've complained about the people above me (I've nick-named them the Clydesdales) because they stomp all over the place. I consistantly have to staighten my photos and artwork. They vaccuum the floor and do their laundry well after 11PM most times. Now they have crap hanging off their balcony that when the wind blows, it's flapping around causes my dish signal to drop all the time. I'm glad to be leaving!
