We have lived here now for almost 2 years and love our place! I've seen some other reviews complaining about windows and maintenance, but we do not have any of those issues. We live on the top floor and our windows and doors work fine. When we've called for maintenance, they always come out within a day or two and fix the problem. The only issue we have is ants. We got them last year around this time as well and spraying doesn't seem to correct the problem. And yes, the gate is sometimes broken, but almost all apartments have that problem. We don't have any noise problems, but we are on the top floor. I would recommend this complex to anyone that asked.
