I have been very happy thus far living here. I had one noise issue with a gentleman playing bass below me, and his dog howling like a wolf, but that was taken care of in a timely manner. I hope to have no more problems, and live here as long as I am working in this area. YAY!

FYI- Subwoofers are a bad idea when living in a apt comm. Keep them off the floor, since low bass travels!! Be considerate of your neighbors! Thanks
