The rates at AMLI are very comparable to other upscale places. The gates have been down for a day or two but it takes a minute to order a part. Guess that person has never had something break and waited on it to be fixed. I find the office to be very nice and helpful, but I pay my rent on time and follow the rules outlined in my lease. I would just say take a drive through the property, check out a apartment, and stop and ask people living there what they think. The big thing is pay your rent on time and adhere to the rules and you will be very happy. When I visited the other apartments in the area, I was lucky to see a model, not able to drive the communities, and certainly not given as much clear acess to the corporate level as on amli.com. You get what you pay for and I myself am a seven jean, i phone kind of guy.
