When I first moved in, no one from the office walked the apartment with me and I had to fill out a sheet of paper for the inspection myself. The old lady was rude and didn't give me the gate code or explain how the apartment operates (such as pool code, pest control, etc.)

I live on the basement level ("the Terrance level") which is crap. I kill an insect, spide or gnat everyday. Pest control doesn't automatically come out and you have to set 'an appointment'. I told the leasing lady to put me down for every Monday for the guy to come spray inside the apartment and outside the apartment. Let's see if they will come out as requested.

This apartment looks nice and glamorous but don't let it fool you. Everything is old and put together very sloppy. The walls are thin and I can hear my neighbor use the restroom each and every time.

My rent is too high for a one bedroom. You're responsible for water and sewage fee. Which is insane.

The hot water doesn't last long and the maintence claims it's the size of my water heater that inhibits long hot showers. There are stains on the carpet and dents on the linoleum.

I wish I could walk away without penalty. My best advice is to keep looking and please don't get fooled by the website or the outside appearance.
