I have lived at AMLI for years and enjoy it. I have always had a great relationship with the office. I have heard noise, but they have been great about calling the other residents and sending letters. I would recommend calling the office and letting them know it is not any better. They asked me to call the emergency number for maintenance. This paged the on call person and they came and addressed the problem. I would say to anyone who is looking for a home to look at sites like this one, check out the website for Amli, and drive this property. I have never had anything but great things to say about my home. I am totally aware that is very hard to make 400 plus people happy all the time and that apartments are not as quiet as homes, but it sure is nice when maintenance comes to fix everything. They are always quick and get the job done.
