Not too bad, but pricey for that area!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
I enjoyed the area. Alot of little kids in the complex. Gating and security never worked. Enforcement on mall parking for tenants was not met. Pet waste on property was a problem at my building for awhile. Tried to get blinds when first moved in, never got them.
