I have lived here for 2 long years. The front office is a pain to deal with. I dont think anynbody really cares up in the office. If you like the Nopi cars then this is the place for you. Lots of loud exhaust and tire squeeling. Rent goes up everytime you renew your lease. As the previous review stated, nobody in the gym lives their. The gates worked for a total of 3 days in the past 2 years. Parking is a nightmare and the mall traffic is horrible. You are stuck in the complex every 4th of July. Very close to everything which I like but the traffic sucks. Cheap carpet and you better like your neighbors because you will hear them. Lots of drunk young people and it seems to be getting worse. The pool might as well be a bar and a ----- house. Great for single people who work nights. A group of teens run the place and destroy everything they touch, example, set the woods on fire, leave trash everywhere, throw mud on buildings etc..Since the gates are always open lots of non residence doing burn outs in their Hondas and using the entrance way for a race track. Was great when we first moved in but has went to the toilet almost over night. Since their is no parking if you park on the curb your car will get towed and they dont care. Another thing with the parking is that all the young people always have tons of people over which use all the spaces and people are constantly moving in and out and sub renting apartments out. Stay away if you want peace. The rent being jacked up got really old too. Pet rent is a waste of money too. Why do you charge me rent for my dog' That is new.
