When I first moved in, everything was very nice and the office staff was nice. However, it has gotten worse the longer I live here. When you have a garage, anybody will park in front of it because they are too lazy to walk or there is no place to park, which is almost always. Don't get bottom floor apartments because you have to hear your neighbors washing clothes, vacuuming the floors, and stomping from one end of the place to the other between 1:00- 3:00 in the morning. It is horrible for people who have to get up at 4:00 in the morning to go to work. Watch out for neighbors who have farm animals as pets, too! The carpets are cheap and rip easily. When I moved in, I had to scrub our carpets becasue there were several water stains that the office swore could not be taken up. I also had to scrub the kitchen and the stove from all the grease stains and slick spots. Watch out for roaches and ants when the temperatures get warm! I like being able to use the gym, but the doors sometimes lock for security and then most of the time they don't. The office won't notify you when there are any changes, either. This place is only good for nieve, young people who don't have schedules and love to party. Good for people who just don't care.
