I am an optimistic person who always sees the glass half full. I now see the glass half empty since the staff of the Glens has no sense of urgency. Where do I begin' The Air conditioning doesn't work, the ice maker doesn't work, pest control is a joke, the gate has worked maybe 1 week during the time I lived there. Keep going' The staff does not police the grounds very well. They allow young punks to park in handicap parking when spots are available all around. They allow tenant's dogs to defocate in walking areas and do NOT enforce the policy of Poop Bags. The pool and gym are still used by the town of Buford. There is only one decent employee in the office to deal with and she cannot force the maintenance staff do get things done quickly and efficiently. Overall, spend your money elsewhere, the staff doesn't really care about you anyway. I give two thumbs down for the Glens primarily based on the staff and their inept ways of doing business. However, if the staff were to change, this could be a nice place to lay your head.
