Too expensive and management are not cooperative

I have recently moved out of the Glens and I have been there for 2 years. The gates have worked only for 2 weeks. The maintenance guys will only show up AFTER 3 complaints. I'm usually a person that is laid-back, but The Glens have not been too cooperative. Be careful of the lease options, as they do not have options like most well-known apartment complexes. If you are planning to purchase a home, you will HAVE to pay to break the lease. If you have lived there 2 or more years, they will not automatically replace the carpet, they will charge you for the repairs. Be careful. By the way, I really find how funny the good ratings reviews are completely opposite of what it's really like. The location is not bad, near the Mall of GA, but everything else was very unsatifisfactory. This is not someone that's disgruntled, but someone that wants to warn people. Ask former renters if what I say is untrue. You will be surprised to know what the truth is. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
