Gated community--- what a joke! When I moved in I was told a part was on order and the gate would be working in afew days. I later heard it has not been working for two years. ANd when I confronted them they just don ot care.
Hardwood floors--- too funny! Try vinyl with witha wodgrain to it. Again, when called ont his, they do not care.
Thursdays- Sundays the place becomes party central. You have to love cars parked in front of your building with kids rolling joins in them. You will be told a Gwinttee County Courtesy officer lives on site, but obviously it does not matter.
This place is on the verge of becoming a crack alley.
