Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Advertised as gated community --> Gate has remained open to both residents and nonresidents in 2 years I've lived here(oh, except for 5 days!).
Gym for residents only --> You have to share it with Gwinnett County!!!!
Parking in designated spots is not enforced. Especially bad for handicapped people and garage renters.
Management knows better how to get money out of your pocket than maintaining a valuable residential facility!
Expect broken glass and dog crap in stairways.
