If you have to ask questions before you move in- KEEP MOVING. I was worried about the gate being constantly open but that is nothing. I have been in this apartment less than one month and I have already had to complain 6 times. The carpet is horrible. There are stains going down the hallway and there are patches thoughout that lift when you vacuum. I have glue all over. The office staff is incompetant. And the regional office is even worse. The office staff constantly comes into your apartment without your knowledge or permission and it just happens that if you pay attention you can figure out that someone has been inside. The final straw was when the maintenance person walked into my locked door using the key without knocking first. I find myself having to file a police report and activating the alarm to try and prevent them from entering without my permission.
