Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Three families have moved out, and been given large bills for the carpet. The carpet is breber, and easily ruined. I believe this apartment complex needs it's residents to pay for regular maintenance of their units. The gates did not get fixed until it was brought to their attention they were in violation of their lease. Now you have to sign a disclaimer that it not really a gated community.
