I have been a resident of The Glens for over 2 years. Overall, I like the community because the units are nice, well kept, it has excellent amenities and are on a convenient location. However, if you move here you need to know that the management STAFF IS NOT VERY HELPFUL OR COMPLETELEY HONEST.

The contract has certain stipulations that most contracts don't have, and of course those are on favor of the landlord. If you don't read the contract before signing it, you may be setting yourself up for a disappointment later on.

The few times I have approached management for simple matters, they have given me a "what do you want'" attitude, and they are also defensive.

They accustom to do apartment checks with only a 24 hour notice, claiming to be for fire extinguishers inspections. I find this questionable as the last two times they came to my apartment I happened to be here and they didn't look at the extinguisher at all, but they did have a clipboard and were taking some notes. Some believe that they do this to account for undisclosed pets and to check the condition of the apartment.
I find this practice dishonest.


If someone from management is reading this they should acknowledge that there is a great opportunity for improvement in their department.

For the contrary, I only have good things to say about the maintenance crew. They are reliable, have a good attitude, and are always willing to help.

Bottom-line;
... units are nice and elegant
... spacious units
... well kept
... it has excellent amenities
... are on a convenient location.
... don't expect good service from management
... the contract has weird clauses
... you can hear every step your upstairs neighbor takes
