The apartments and the gym are nice, but just that nice. If anything ever happens where you need to go speak with someone in the office you are better off talking to a wall. They act like they care but you have to keep addressing the problem. I have a lot of complaints with the staff in the office and so does everyone else that I talk to. I could go on and on about how awful the staff is, but I think between what I've said and the other posted comments you can make your own opinion.
