People at the front office are infact mostly rude and unhelpful. We had many problems with the apartment when moving in (Burns on counters, paint issues, you name it we had it!) and it took forever to get everything fixed, we got nothing but an attitude from the "office". One thing is for sure courtesy and promptness are extremely lacking at this complex. Also, you mine as well call it a community apartment they seem to sneak in and have all these "checks" which is bs. Too many issues to list...just don't move here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you do decide to move in inspect the apartment before you are moving into before signing anything, get ready for heavy traffic (every weekend and every holiday). And get ready for your blood pressure to get high, this place has no respect ,courtesy, or proffessionalism.
