The apartments are OK, but the maintenance is horrible. They leave a slip in your apartment after you have requested work done that says its been done, but nothing is different. Watch out when you go to call the office about it. I don't think a manager exsists in that place, and whoever this Shante person is will be rude, snappy and slam the phone in your face when you call. Overall, I would say just do everything yourself that you can to avoid dealing with these people at all.
