I agree about maintenance, they "proclaim" to fix things and don't. The electric bills were running me 2-3-400.00 and of course it was the tenants fault not anything to do with the apt(especially when we were very conservative), when they were not insullated properly, every time the upstairs ran their water for any reason it sounded like it was flooding our apt. The neighborhood was quiet but as far as upkeep and pricing and maintenance, NO. Manager was always nice but nothing ever got accomplished in 1 1/2 we lived there.
