Power is a major problem. The power often flashes at all hours of the day, usually at night so your alarm doesn't go off in the morning. At night, the lights often flicker or don't work at all through the complex and in breezeways. Tenants let their children run all over and they never move out of the road for a car. The trash is always overflowing and furniture is always out in front of the trash. They let the bushes get completely out of control before cutting them. They often mow the grass at 8am disrupting sleep. The office personel are rude and noncommital. They think of ten ways to get around answering the same question. Fines are supposed to be imposed to those who leave items in breezeways (trash, toys, etc.) yet i've seen trash bags sit in the hall for as long as 5 days.
