I have lived at Plantation Ridge for 1 1/2 years and I Love it!! I have read what other people have said about this community and I can understand where they are comming from. As far as management, they don't take any crap from anyone. I have been in the office once while another resident was raising hell about something and I think management handled themselves VERY well. They will treat you the way you treat them. Power is an small issue. But to solve the problem, just put batteries in your clocks and you'll be all set. The location is GREAT!! Right down the street are 2 great schools, close to the Mall of Georgia and NO TRAFFIC and PRIVATE! Lots of trees, Great Neighbors.
