The negative comments posted are way outnumbered and quite immature, to be honest. I have been living at Plantation Ridge apartments for almost 2 years and have nothing but positive feedback to give. Yes, there are a few gliches with the power, but management is always right on top of things no matter what time of day. I absolutely love the fact that maintenance is available 24 hours a day, including a courtesy officer who lives on-sight that is an actual Gwinnett county police officer. In addition, one of the office staff is a tenant as well, so, needless to say, we are covered 24-7. Every few months maintenance goes to each apartment (after notifying each tenatnt a couple days to a week in advance)to check on the sprinkler system, water & heating, vents, etc. The kids do bring a little noise, but if ever it gets out of hand, management is quick to address it. Overall, they are not obnoxious. As far as garbage and furnature, I have seen garbage misteriously appear in the morning by night owl dumpers (losers), yet once again, management takes care of it despite the extra work and time involved. Bottom line is, Plantation Ridge is a safe, clean and pleasant place to live. Management also goes out of their way to do fun get-togethers (food and beverages provided); pool parties and fun Christmas decoration competitions...so, having said that, if people would take time to stop and say thank you to management and the maintenance crew, plus be responsible themselves, knowing that life isn't perfect...I think you'd pleasantly be surprised and quite content. Oh, one more thing, neighbors are courtious and respectful...what more can you ask for!
