The apartment layout is great! The third party billing service for water is so over-priced!!! Example: 2 adults conservative use of water a month...$27.00-$44.00. You can have the same number of gallons in different months for variable prices!!! This would be less fustrating if signature management would just bill you $20-25 a month. CUT OUT THE MIDDLE MAN!!! Also they bill you 13 bills in a year cycle? It's out of control, Don't let me start on the HVAC system??? YOUR Apartment will not get over 69degrees in the winter, and won't cool below 74 degrees in the summer!!! Sometimes you have to matters into your own hands. I have modified the themostate on the wall to heat and cool properly. The cable/satellite system continues to have issues? Currently the weather channel has been stuck on the same screen for over 72 hours! Last week it was fuzzy. And after all it's kind of pricey for what little channels you get.
