Found out that the outside faucet is connected to my meter, and so I have been paying double what my water bills should be. I ask management about it, and their solution was a cap that we would not be charged over 12,000 gallons per month. So, if we use 1 gallon, we would be charged for all outside water use to 12,000. What sense does this make' Manager, Kay, is a real douche who doesn't care about anyone except for the one guy in the place she wants to hump. He is the only one she cares about making happy. Do yourself a favor, don't move here. I, myself, will be bringing a class action lawsuit against this place for the water bills. See how happy she is then...
So, anyone who lived in the apartments that had faucets attached to their meters will be contacted so we can bring them one heck of a lawsuit!
