I have only a few complaints about this complex. The kids are obnoxious and play in the parking lot, and don't move for cars, though that is moreso the parents' fault for not watching them. Also the rent is supposedly for low-income families, yet mine is over $600/month for a one bedroom and I could get the same price elsewhere at a complex that doesn't advertise as low-income.

Otherwise the place is great! Ample parking, maintenance problems get fixed quickly, it's private, and the noise isn't too bad. One of the staff members was a little rude but they have a new management team now and they are all very nice! They even brought my new kitchen table to my apartment when I wasn't home after I informed them that I was unable to retrieve it due to long hours at work!
