Plantation Ridge

I lived here for 2 and 1/2 years and the beginning was fine...enter Marie. This woman lowered the standards of acceptance and the apt. complex became filled with crappy renters and neighbors. At the end of our lease they incorrectly entered the term of my lease as 7 months when it was 6 months. As a consequence of this, I later found I was charges 900 dollars for rent termination and other trumped up charges. We did not do a walk through and I did not turn the keys until 8 days after I moved out, assuming they change the locks, which come to find out they do. She charged us like 200 dollars for those 8 days and I wasn't even living there. Mold problems, air conditioner busted, ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES, horrible "people" renting there, discourteous staff (except maintainence..Thanks Griff and Kelly), and the courteousy officer that lives there for free....I have never seen him when called...which was like 15 times. Fine if not Marie in charge...BEWARE OF THIS -----!!
