I would not send anyone to this complex to live. I currently live at the end of one of the roads in the complex. We have absolutley no parking because of vehicles w/boats take up 4 & 5 parking spots each. They park at the end of the complex to stay out of the way, but yet, I am pregnant & forced to park 3 buildings away everyday. Maintenace is a joke, bugs are everywhere. Numerous phone calls about this are to no avail (I pay extra every month for pest control!). A letter went out to all tenants saying there would be pet trash cans placed along different areas of the complex. Still, nothing..we have to walk thru pet waste if we are in the grass. Not exactly fair for those of us that do not have pets!!!! The leasing office listens to complaints with no problem, however, they have never once resolved ANY issue in the 10 months I have lived there. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT under ANY circumstances, rent a this location. There are now many other "quality" apartment homes nearby with much better standards.
