The gates do stay open all the time. Management does change often.
Two break ins last week.
Very Noisy.
However, grounds are beautiful, apartment layout beautiful, pool and ammenties wonderful. Not worth it though!
Was my worst move ever. My new apartment was not painted or cleaned. They said they would do it next day. Took them 1 1/2 months to touch up paint and clean. Never painted it or cleaned all of carpet. Just cleaned carpet around furniture. I hope this helps in your search for a new home. good luck! (p.s. have to get in early to get a parking space by your building)
