I have lived at Preston Hills for over 1 1/2 years now and have had a few problems. To list a few: troublesome neighbors, management that didn't care unless you didn't pay your rent, and the gates being left open. Now, you must understand that no matter where you live you are going to have bad neighbors, that is a fact of life when living in apartments. Management has changed numerous times and each time it is different, understand though that each time new management comes in they have to deal with the issues that old management left open ended and they also have to deal with the residents who are unable to look past the change. The gates being left open, if you drive down to the gates on a regular basis you will notice one thing, when the gates are closed the arms are broken, this happens to all three gates rather often and in order to not charge the residents higher rent for this and other repqirs they chose to leave the gates open. I do not agree with the practice of leaving them open and have complained before yet when you look at it from that point of view it is very understandable.... I would recommend that you read all the reviews on all the apartments that you are interested in, visit the property, take the tour and decide for yourself.
