Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
Preston Hills at Mill Creek is a terrible community! Please don't be persuaded by their endless, empty promises. We have been victims of crime (vehicle break-in), the fire department has been called to our apartment because of a clogged air vent (that has still not been fixed -- 6 weeks later), and the compentency of the office staff is minimal. The apartments have been bought out several times since we have been there and each time the staff that has graced us have become less and less intelligent. You could get better contact from a brick wall than our office staff. There are plenty of other apartments around to not have to choose this one!
