Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
My wife and I lived at Preston Hills for over a year and had nothing but bad experiences. Managgement changed twice, our air conditioning was never fixed properly and would freeze. When we moved out, the property said we owed over a thousand dollars in damages. When we disputed this, mangement adjusted the amount we owed to seven hundred or so. We were willing to pay this, but the representative said that they would change the due date on our final bill when the amount was adjusted, then sent us to collections anyway. We called to discuss this and the representative LIED and said she never agreed to change the due date. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
