We have lived here 1 year and are resigning our lease because for the money, you can't beat it in the area.

Our biggeset complaints are parking and maintenance requests. The parking in the evenings in terrible. We often have to park away from our building and walk.

Maintenance requests seem to take forever to get answered. They are supposed to be answered in 48 hours but I don't think in the year i've been there that they have been there in 48 hours. We often have to call and call.

However the one time that we did have an emergency, they were there within a couple hours. Still not great but better than never!

However the apartments are nice and spacious. The view from our places is great. It is very convienient to the Mall of Ga and I-85. Yet, it is nestled in the woods and you'd never know all that hustle and bustle is right there. Our apartment is very quiet.

I don't know what alot of these complaints are even talking about. I live right by the volleyball courts and have never seen it packed with --------. Or -------- at all for that matter.

Someone said that all the residents were rude and gross. Umm, we are very nice to our neighbors and very clean.

I saw a complaint on here that they fine you for having trash outside our apartment! GOOD! I don't want to look at your nasty trash when I walk outside my apartment. And it draws mice and bugs so I'm glad they crack down on that. I think anyone would be glad to know that they don't allow residents to keep their trash on the porches and walkways!

All in all, its a nice place to live. Just try and get home early to park near your place. But its duable- i have a 2 year old and a 3 month old and I manage just fine.

Oh and just a tip, I'd recommend not living on the top floor. The view is nice and its quiet but your energy bills will be higher because they have vaulted ceilings.
